1. Information and bookings

When you contact us or arrange a rental, you may provide contact details, requested rental dates, and information needed to process your request. We use this information to respond and coordinate your rental.

Our website embeds an iFleet booking form. Information entered into that form is submitted through iFleet rather than a Rockford blog form. iFleet handles the booking technology, and our authorized staff can access reservation information to manage rentals. Review iFleet’s privacy policy for its collection and handling practices and any services presented during booking.

Loading the embedded form also connects your browser to iFleet. Our public blog pages do not require a customer Google login.

2. Website technologies

Our pages include the Google tag for Google Ads measurement. Google may receive your IP address, page address, browser information, and cookie identifiers. How this information is used, including for personalized advertising, depends on the service configuration and your Google settings. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Our site also loads fonts from Google Fonts. Those requests connect your browser to Google. Website hosting systems may record technical request information, such as IP addresses, requested pages, and response errors, to operate and troubleshoot the site.

3. Staff Google sign-in

The admin portal uses Google sign-in for specifically authorized staff accounts. It requests basic identity and email access to verify the Google account and check whether the account is permitted to enter. It does not request permission to read Gmail messages, send email, or access Google Drive.

The portal uses a secure session cookie to maintain staff sign-in and protect form submissions. Staff can sign out through the portal and review connected applications in their Google Account settings. These authentication cookies are separate from the public website’s advertising technologies.

4. Internal tools

Our admin application retrieves reservation information from iFleet to prepare daily operational totals, including scheduled departures, returns, and newly created reservations. It sends aggregated totals to OpenAI to generate a staff summary; the summary workflow is designed to exclude customer names, contact information, and individual reservation records from that model request.

Staff also use OpenAI to help draft public rental articles. This publishing tool is separate from the customer booking form. Blog prompts are submitted by authorized staff, and published articles are publicly accessible.

5. Use and handling

We use information to provide rental services, answer questions, operate our website, protect access, and meet applicable obligations. Service providers receive information needed for their roles. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or needed to address fraud or safety concerns.

Retention depends on the purpose and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Deleting a browser cookie does not delete rental records held by us or our booking provider. No internet service can guarantee complete security.

6. Your choices

Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information. We may need to verify your identity and retain records required for legal or operational purposes. Applicable rights depend on your circumstances and the law.

You can manage cookies in your browser and advertising personalization through Google My Ad Center. These controls do not necessarily stop all measurement. For information entered into iFleet, you may also use the contact options in its policy.
